Digital Delivery Policy

PDF patterns — one-time purchase, yours to keep

When you buy a PDF pattern, it is delivered to your Crafting Studio immediately after payment is confirmed. You can download it and save it to any device. Your PDF access does not expire — it stays in your account permanently regardless of membership status.

Delivery is typically instant. If 10 minutes have passed and nothing has appeared, check your spam folder for the confirmation email, then make sure you are signed in with the same email used at checkout. If it is still missing, contact us.

Membership — interactive tool access

Memberships give you access to the interactive pattern tools (row trackers, stitch guides, and color-change helpers) for the patterns included in your tier. Tool access is active for as long as your membership is paid and current.

The Sampler tier includes a rotating selection of patterns each month, set by Hardy Craft Studio. The Studio and Full Library tiers include access to the growing pattern library. The specific patterns available to each tier are listed in your account.

If your membership is cancelled or a payment fails, interactive tool access will be paused until the membership is renewed. Your separately purchased PDFs are never affected.

Accessing your content

Everything you have access to — purchased PDFs and membership tools — lives in your account at the My Crafting Studio page. Sign in with the same email address you used at checkout or when you signed up.

If you used a different email by accident, contact us and we can sort it out.

Device requirements

PDF files can be opened on any phone, tablet, or computer with a PDF reader — no extra software needed on most devices. The interactive tools run in any modern web browser with no app download required.
