What we collect and why
When you make a purchase, we collect your email address and order details so we can deliver your pattern, send your receipt, and help you if something goes wrong. Your email is also used to create your account in our member area, where your purchases live.
When you browse the store, Vercel Analytics collects basic, anonymous traffic data — things like which pages are visited and what country visitors come from. This data contains no personally identifying information and is used only to understand how the store is performing.
Payment information
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Hardy Craft Studio never sees, handles, or stores your card number, CVV, or any other payment details. If you have questions about how Stripe handles your payment data, you can review their privacy policy at stripe.com.
Email communications
After a purchase, we will send you an order confirmation and a link to access your downloads. If you left something in your cart without completing checkout, we may send a single follow-up reminder to the email you provided.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. You can contact us at any time to request that your information be removed from our records.
Cookies and local storage
The store uses your browser's local storage to remember your cart and email between visits so you do not have to re-enter them. No tracking cookies are placed on your device for advertising purposes.
