By purchasing from or using Hardy Craft Studio, you agree to these terms. We have kept them as straightforward as possible.

Pattern license — personal use
When you purchase a PDF pattern from Hardy Craft Studio, you are buying a personal-use license. You are welcome to make items from the pattern for yourself, as gifts, or to sell finished handmade items.
What is not permitted: copying or redistributing the PDF, sharing your account login with others, selling or gifting the pattern file itself, or republishing the written instructions, charts, or graphs in any format — digital or print. Each pattern purchase covers one person.
Membership and interactive tool access
Hardy Craft Studio memberships give you access to interactive pattern tools — the row trackers, stitch counters, and guided pattern tools — for the patterns included in your membership tier. This access is active only while your membership is current and in good standing.
Memberships do not include PDF downloads. PDFs are sold separately as individual purchases and are yours to keep permanently once bought.
If your membership lapses, renews late, or is cancelled, access to the interactive tools through your membership will pause until the membership is active again. Any PDFs you have purchased separately are not affected by membership status.
Interactive tool access — personal use
Access to the interactive row tracker and pattern tools is tied to your account and may not be shared, screenshotted for redistribution, or embedded on other websites. One account, one person.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login information private. If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us immediately. We may suspend access to an account if we detect misuse, unauthorized sharing, or fraudulent activity.
Accuracy of product information
We make every effort to keep pattern descriptions, stitch counts, yarn requirements, difficulty ratings, membership inclusions, and pricing accurate. If you spot an error or have a question before purchasing, please ask — we would rather answer a question than have you disappointed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised terms. We will always post the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
