We want you to love what you make. Here is what to do if something isn't right with your order.

Digital patterns — our standard policy
Because PDF patterns and interactive tool access are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" the way a physical item can, we do not offer refunds on completed digital purchases as a general rule.
That said, we are a small, independent studio and we genuinely care about your experience. If you purchased the wrong pattern by mistake, had a technical problem accessing your files, or feel the product was significantly misrepresented, please reach out — we will do our best to make it right.
Something went wrong with your order
If your PDF file is corrupted, your interactive tool is not loading, or your purchase is not showing up in your account, that is on us and we will fix it right away. Contact us through the Contact page with your order email address and a description of the problem and we will get back to you quickly.
Physical and accessory items
For any physical products available in the Makers Market, please contact us before sending anything back. Return eligibility depends on the item, its condition, and whether it was damaged in shipping. We will walk you through the right steps once we know the details.
